Neal's Yard Remedies, launched in 1981, was among the first skin care lines to protest the use of chemicals and synthetics that had come to plague (and sadly, still do) much of the beauty industry. They were inspired by the famed remedies of the centuries old Worshipful Society, and set out to create nature-based products that were good for humanity - and exceptionally effective. Though their therapies span body and face care, homeopathic tinctures, and aromatherapy oils, we were most intrigued by their mom and baby line - naturally. We're particularly fond of their Mother's Massage Oil - a focused blend of organic soya, neroili and almond extracts to prevent stretch marks plus uplifting essential oils to calm and rejuvenate the mind. Though it takes months to see full-capacity stretch mark reduction - we're already seeing the tell tale fade. Such effects, combined with the soothing scent, has made the Mother's Oil a mandatory part of our nighttime ritual.
