Ingredients
Spinach, avocado, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries.

Method
Wash the vegetables and fruit and cut them into small pieces. Put everything together in a blender and blend everything until a smooth mixture arises. Put it in the fridge and let it cool down for a few minutes. If you made a large portion, you can leave the rest in the fridge. In this way you can give the kids a healthy snack when they come from school. Easy as that!
